HOW TO STEP INTO PURPOSE & IMPART LIVES

If you’re reading this, I believe is safe for me to think of you as someone who wants to do more than breathe through life.

This question is an award winning question on my frequently asked by young people. It popped up again last week on the “Ask-a-question” session for the upcoming Tamar’s pouch conference.  I figured it would be helpful to just finally do a blog post on it, rather than wait till the conference to respond.

Purpose isn’t some far-fetched, mysterious flame of idea that pops into our head after a prolonged period of time. Purpose is actually the essence of our innermost being finding expression in our everyday life.

Some people believe that purpose can be found by paying attention to one’s abilities, passions, preferences and personality. In as much as that sounds convincing, it is only half the truth; and half-truth equals full disaster.

There’s definitely a link between your purpose and gifts but to rely solely on abilities/gifts/talents, passions, preferences and personalities to define your purpose, is same as calling an elephant a wall just because you encountered its belly (You know that story about the 3 blind men who touched an elephant from different areas?)

If you’re wondering about what your purpose is, I did justice to the true source of purpose in my book Prothesis. Go check it out here!
And hey, I’m currently cooking up something unique and guaranteed to practically guide/coach special people like you into receiving, nursing and fulfilling their God-ordained purpose.  Keep your fingers crossed. It is limited to a group of 12 people per time.

So let’s hop on to the business of the day.  How can I step into purpose and impart lives?

First, what does it really mean to step into purpose?

To step into purpose is to embrace the original design for your life and engage your passion and power towards expressing that design.

Key words are
Embrace: Your purpose is part of  your wiring/makeup at creation. When God was shaping you, he had a distinct, clear-cut, precise intention in mind. You cannot step into purpose if you decide to go “find/discover” what you feel is best. You step into purpose by embracing God’s design/will.

Engage: After you’ve embraced the original design, your passion (attractions/treasures of your heart)and power (abilities, skills, knowledge, possessions) are to be wielded in alignment with that design.

Express: As we wield our passion and power in alignment with the design, it naturally begins to find expression through us. This is actually the point where one begins to make impart.

In plain English, Imparting lives is an end result of embracing your original design, engaging your passion and power and letting that design find expression through you!

Makes sense now?

Rephrasing the above question, we would have someone asking, how can I embrace, engage and express the original design for my life?

I will not only show you how to do so, I will also guide you into embracing, engaging and expressing the unique design for your life at the upcoming coaching session with me.

Meanwhile, the very first step to stepping into your purpose and imparting lives is to Be sure about where you are on your purpose journey.

There are three states on the purpose journey
·       Clueless: Where someone has absolutely no clue what his/her purpose might be
·        Hinted:  Where someone has pieces of information scattered here and there, gathered either by observing their talents, passion or any way around it.
·       Certain: Where someone knows his/her purpose as surely as he/she knows his/her name.

Where do you think you are?

GOD IS KIND : The hurt of dissapointment

Sometimes you can't even ask why. Perhaps because you know everything doesn't quite lie in God's hands. Yet when it comes to things you have absolutely no control over, you are tempted to think it's in His hands. Even at that, you still can't ask why. Well maybe you can, but I can't.  I have had a good dose of pain and disappointment enough to separate my ideology of God from life's occurrences. Before life started giving me rude shocks, I used to think God will always protect me by preventing pain. As I grew older and met with more battles, I learnt to accept the part of God's protection which delivers  me from pain well after I have felt its excruciating bite and I came to this conclusion; God is and is forever kind. The earth is fallen; I may not be exempted from all its ugliness, but God will always be kind enough to deliver me if He doesn't prevent it.   By the time you will be reading this, I would have shared my testimony. GOD IS KIND: The potency of trust

Read Part 4 here On this third day of praise, I felt like drinking Chinese tea. My praise jam was on already and I was reading my bible and making my confessions in preparation for my dance. I couldn’t shake off the urge to drink the tea. I made it and started sipping.  I started cramping badly. I was wondering why is this happening, I’ve had my period already. I don’t have endometriosis anymore. I will tell you how God delivered me from that one shortly.I continued my dance in pain. Before I knew it, I felt pressured below. I washed my hands and sent it there. Men and brethren, Look who came out . Both are the same fibroid. Picture 1: After I washed it. Picture 2: When it just fell out. I  felt different  emotions at once. One of which was fear. Ah God! What is this again? Are there more? What next? How long would this monster keep coming back? I summoned courage and resumed my praise. I gave my best dance that third day.  Shortly afterwards, my husband called. I didn’t know if I shou

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Social media has always been there; but not everyone paid close attention or saw the need to set up a profile for themselves or their businesses.   With COVID-19 radically obstructing the norm, more individuals and businesses have woken up to the necessity of having a social media profile.  I believe you have been woke for a very long time or perhaps you are just waking up. Either way, congratulations!!! Perhaps you got on board and  realised that it is not as easy as people make it seem.  You wonder how to successfully handle your social media pages to correctly represent your personality and opinion as an individual.  You have barely figured out how to use Facebook to successfully promote your business, only to hear people say Instagram is the best marketing platform and you are confused. You barely find time to post because your actual life or business routine is too full You hear about the many social media platforms- google+, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Perisco
