#SaveAgirlChild Project - A Tamar's Pouch Initiative

So the day finally came and we hosted the long awaited #SaveAgirlChild project in a certain Secondary school in Apapa.

We had 185 students in attendance and gave out 185 copies of the book Tamar!

The most remarkable part of this event was the love encounter God gave these precious girls. We had 178 decisions for CHRIST as Lord and Saviour that day!!

It's such a privilege to see God comfort and heal these girls of the pain of rejection, diverse kind of abuse and stories they have never told anyone up until that day.

I'm thanking everyone who gave a girl a copy of the book Tamar, We did this together. God bless you!!

IS RESPECT REALLY RECIPROCAL?

While respect is due regard for the feelings, wishes, or rights of others (Oxford dictionaries.com); the word reciprocal refers to something done, given, felt, or owed in return (The free dictionary.com) The popular phrase "respect is reciprocal" is said to urge people to regard the feelings, wishes or rights of others first, before expecting respect in return. Read: The art of getting along The human nature has the tendency to give back what it gets. Hence, people would averagely respect anyone who respects them. However, there is no guarantee that people would regard your feelings or wishes when they have to make decisions or act. Therefore, it is unreasonable to respect people only because you want respect in return. Having such expectation could lead to hurt when people fail to reciprocate the respect you have offered them. Read: How your level of influence is determined I believe we should respect people because we are first respectable people

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Social media has always been there; but not everyone paid close attention or saw the need to set up a profile for themselves or their businesses.   With COVID-19 radically obstructing the norm, more individuals and businesses have woken up to the necessity of having a social media profile.  I believe you have been woke for a very long time or perhaps you are just waking up. Either way, congratulations!!! Perhaps you got on board and  realised that it is not as easy as people make it seem.  You wonder how to successfully handle your social media pages to correctly represent your personality and opinion as an individual.  You have barely figured out how to use Facebook to successfully promote your business, only to hear people say Instagram is the best marketing platform and you are confused. You barely find time to post because your actual life or business routine is too full You hear about the many social media platforms- google+, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Perisco
