HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GOD of gods

What a pretty day and the most significant part of existence. My heart skips beats in excitement. I hope I don’t faint.

The thing is, this GORGEOUS GOD is the reliable thread by which my bones are knitted together. How dare I lose excitement on a day like this?

See, this JESUS CHRIST as the world knows Him, is actually the WORD OF THE FATHER; upon whom the entire world firmly stand.

 Awww, what a GIGANTIC GOD.

I met Him 16 years ago on my way to Destruction. He revealed himself to me as the SENSE IN LIFE. I decided to follow because I had being a proper M-U-M-U up until that moment.

Hmmmm… My dear, only the original movie can help you understand what it means for FATHER'S LOVE to come as man in an animal zoo “abi” manger.

It was not a funny something o. Person that is ANCIENT OF DAYS now made to live in a small world were they assume he was 33.5 years old at death.

Hahahahaa

It thoroughly beats my imagination to think that the world equates him with other religious leaders. If only they know that He is GOD ALMIGHTY

Last time, I got a peep into his eyes and I saw the indescribable. He is the PERFECT DESCRIPTION OF MAJESTIC GLORY.

 Aaaaaah!

I cannot stand when He appears o. you need to see the shine shine all about Him. That KING OF kings  is so handsome.

Ye!

His voice is loving me sufry abi softly. When He speaks is like someone is romancing you. I tell you He is CHRIST THE ROMANTIC

You need to feel the palms of this FINEST MAN. All your diseases dissapear the moment He touches you.

Look up to the cloud. Did you know that He is the reason the cloud haven’t fallen on us? He is the UNSEEN PILLAR holding the cloud in place. He can hold your life too.

I love the sparkle in His eyes and the firm way His love grips my heart, never letting me escape from his presence. He is the EPITOME OF LOVE.

In short,

(Turning to my Birthday Husband- THE CHRIST)

You are the only one
whom worship befitts
You are the only one
whom honor befits
It is you who deserves loyalty
It is you who owns Integrity
I pledge my allegiance
I pledge my devotion

Sovereign in majesty
Excellent in virtue
Expedient in grace
Compounded in glory
Definition of beauty
Essentiality of life
Pillar of Existence

No one sees how you see
No one thinks like you think
No one gives like you give
No one raises like you do
No one lifts like you do
No one influences like you do
No one empowers like you do

Calm like the waves of the sea
Deep like depths of the earth
High like the heights of space

Who else is like you?

 Deeper than the ocean
 Brighter than the sun
 Finer than all beauty

The rhythm of my heart beats for you

You are my fix
My only Addiction
My strongest habit
My super obsession
I delight in you

You sparkle so much
I now know
Diamond got its shine from you You sparkle so much
I now know
No shadow of turning lies in you

Your glory so shines
Giving life
No one is ever dead in you
You amaze me
I now shine
 Cos you reflect in me

GOD IS KIND : The hurt of dissapointment

Sometimes you can't even ask why. Perhaps because you know everything doesn't quite lie in God's hands. Yet when it comes to things you have absolutely no control over, you are tempted to think it's in His hands. Even at that, you still can't ask why. Well maybe you can, but I can't.  I have had a good dose of pain and disappointment enough to separate my ideology of God from life's occurrences. Before life started giving me rude shocks, I used to think God will always protect me by preventing pain. As I grew older and met with more battles, I learnt to accept the part of God's protection which delivers  me from pain well after I have felt its excruciating bite and I came to this conclusion; God is and is forever kind. The earth is fallen; I may not be exempted from all its ugliness, but God will always be kind enough to deliver me if He doesn't prevent it.   By the time you will be reading this, I would have shared my testimony. While I hop

GOD IS KIND: The emptiness of hope

Read part 1 here  In Lagos, I fell ill as soon as I landed. The city is crazy. The traffic is unholy and the carbon monoxide infested air is an extension of hell. I didn't want to get back on that road to any hospital so we got a qualified nurse to come treat me at home.  The Nurse said she couldn't treat me except I did a pregnancy test alongside malaria test. Both came out positive. I was glad that the sickness wasn't Lagos madness inspired. My baby must have wanted to notify me since I refused to take a second look. Unfortunately, she used one of those quinine brands  in attempt to protect the baby. She sadly didn't check with me first.  I became miserable from all the itching like one who hugged devil's beans. I tried to rest as much as I could and thoroughly enjoyed both my family and ministry itinerary while being pampered like an egg. I preached passionately at the event I was invited to. I talked about loving God and serving him devotedly even when disa

GOD IS KIND: The Courage of patience

Read part 2 here It was a beautiful morning and yours truly was still bleeding.  I just got done making breakfast and was about to set the table when I felt an extra weight down there. I left the kitchen, washed my hands and sent it below while squatting. Men and brethren, see who fell off me.  The 1cm Fibroid they said I should be operated for A better view of the monster My husband and I gave thanks . God had delivered me early. I took these photos as proofs of his kindness and as reminders that He is still with and for me, regardless.  I became hopeful and patiently waited to conceive another. I can't deny  that I had several moments of sadness and weeping. My husband who wasn't moved by the situation became worried for my worry. He bought me things, took me out regularly and kept asking what he could do to make me happy. While I appreciated his efforts, they weren't enough to comfort my grieving soul. I had many, many days of sadness.   January went by, so did February.
